Jochem Berk

Head of HR Benelux Beiersdorf

"I had the pleasure of hosting an inspiring day together with What Makes You Tick for 50 international talents from Beiersdorf Europe and North America at the EUNA's Got Talent event. The combination of a powerful keynote and engaging workshops created a dynamic and enriching experience.

What Makes You Tick, known for its positive and practical approach, developed an inspiring program that included activities encouraging participants to explore what truly motivates them. The keynote sparked meaningful discussions, while the workshops fostered self-exploration and personal growth.

Participants appreciated the opportunity to pause and reflect on their talents, values and what gives them energy in both their professional and personal lives. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many valuing the opportunity to get a deeper understanding on their selves.

Overall, the event was a resounding success, leaving everyone energized and equipped with new tools and inspiration to make conscious decisions aligned with their values, and to contribute positively to our company."

Director Young Impact

"Young Impact has experienced tremendous growth over the past two years, both in terms of impact and the number of young people taking action, as well as within the organization. Despite the challenging period when the world was in lockdown, the team grew, responsibilities increased, and the structure changed.

WMYT has made a significant contribution to truly getting to know each other after such a long digital period, starting with the team members themselves. The flexible structure allowed us to address urgent challenges and enabled each team member to take a step in their own way. This was true both personally, in terms of what makes their hearts beat faster, and in collaboration within the team. It was especially important in translating this to their roles as team leaders. This led to better balance, and ultimately, WMYT also contributed to adjusting some roles to better fit the individuals."

Development Advisor Municipality of The Hague

"For the Municipality of The Hague, WMYT organized a very valuable workshop for our WEP participants (employees with a work experience placement). The learning methods were very well tailored to the target group, the atmosphere was very positive, and a true learning environment was created in which participants could discover, wonder, and grow together. The workshop brought many new insights that everyone can immediately apply in practice."

Student Tilburg University

"'The journey is mine' was the theme of the February conference at Tilburg University where Vicky Marijnen was one of the key note speakers. A theme that seamlessly matched her story. Vicky's openness, purity, and determination to make her own choices and choose what suits her have greatly inspired me to make my own choices and do what makes me happy. Her talk and her quote, 'Courage is the willingness to be afraid and act anyway,' remain my source of inspiration months later, providing me with daily energy.

Vicky's openness, purity, and determination to choose what suits her have greatly inspired me to make my own choices and do what makes me happy."
