For its business services, What Makes You Tick processes the following data:

This data is necessary for the execution of our services; to maintain contact with you and to invoice you.

For sending emails for information, inspiration, and marketing purposes, What Makes You Tick processes the following data:

  • Your name
  • Your email address

You can change your data at any time and unsubscribe from future messages via the link at the bottom of the emails.

Automated decision-making

Your (business) data is only processed manually by us.

How long is personal data retained?

What Makes You Tick retains your data as long as we maintain a business relationship with you. When you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services, we will delete your data from our records.

What Makes You Tick does not share your data with third parties. The only exception to this is government agencies when What Makes You Tick is legally obliged to do so, such as for VAT returns.

Access, modify or delete data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by What Makes You Tick. Additionally, you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to have the personal data we hold about you sent to you or another organization you specify. You can send a request for access, correction, withdrawal, deletion, or data transfer of your personal data, or an objection to the processing of your personal data, to contact@whatmakesyoutick.nl. We will respond as soon as possible – usually the same or the next day, unless it falls on a weekend, holiday, illness period, or other form of absence. How we secure your personal data

What Makes You Tick takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
