With this Next Step package, What Makes You Tick offers you the opportunity to dive into these questions in a positive, practical, and profound way. We do this by (re)discovering what is truly important to you, (re)appreciating your unique strengths, the things that give you energy, the things that drive you, and the common threads that tie it all together (in short: ‘what makes you tick’). You will learn to apply these elements as your primary compass in work and life and use that to shape your next career step. You will strengthen your confidence and actively move towards finding that next new job that truly fits you. All of this within a program that suits your situation and preferences, so you can get the most out of it and successfully move towards your next career step.

For whom

Program options

Different people have different needs. Therefore, the Next Step package offers you a choice of three different programs. Individually or in a group, with varying set-ups and durations:

• Next Step program (individual) > for those who prefer to work one-on-one on ‘what makes you tick’. This program consists of seven individual sessions plus one external enrichment session* of your choice.
• Next Step power program (individual) > for those who prefer to work one-on-one on ‘what makes you tick’ within a relatively short timeframe whilst still seeking a profound approach. This program starts with a Power Day, followed by four hours of follow-up support, and also includes an external enrichment session* of your choice.
• Next Step blended program (individual) > for those who prefer to go on their journey together with a small group of enthusiastic like-minded people (inter-company). The WMYT Monthly Program forms the foundation of this journey, combined with four hours of individual support and one external enrichment session* of your choice. (note: this program is only available in Dutch.)

* This is a session with one of WMYT’s expert partners, each with expertise and passion in a specific area such as job applications, CV writing, LinkedIn, storytelling, systemic constellations, entrepreneurship, leadership, and more. This session provides additional depth and enrichment to your program. The content of this session will be agreed upon together during the program.

Costs

The WMYT Next Step Package is priced at €2,595 excluding VAT (for private individuals, this amount is inclusive of VAT).
